Why Senior Living?

Line graph showing the number of senior housing units under construction from 2016 to 2025. The units peaked at about 65,000 in 2018 and decline to 20,000 in 2025, the lowest since 2012.
Line graph showing the U.S. population aged 75 and older from 2000 to 2025, with projections. The graph indicates population growth from 30 million in 2000 to an estimated 38 million in 2025, with notable milestones including the first boomers turning 80 in 2026.
